Pilates studio 1:1 and group sessions

Pilates Studio sessions offer the opportunity to work with all Pilates equipment: reformers, cadillacs, chairs, barrels as well as small equipment and mat exercises to devise a programme that is right for your body. You can work through a programme with me with other clients in the same session, or arrange a bespoke 1:1 session.

Studio Pilates for Buff Bones 1:1

The award-winning, medically-endorsed Buff Bones® workout for bone and joint health is now available in London within a studio setting.  A full body workout, it additionally develops bone strength and balance, and is medically endorsed.  It uses Pilates, strength training, functional and rehabilitative exercise and is safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Following an initial assessment you can either work through a programme within a group setting or for a bespoke experience arrange a 1:1 session.

Franklin Method® Group Classes

Friday mornings, Danceworks London 10.00-11.00.

Franklin Method® classes consist of mind body training, to work on an area or areas of the body and improve movement skills be that for dancing or simply living! Learn more about the body, the rhythms of the bones that drive our movement, as well as more about muscles and the fascia and their application to daily life as well as movement systems such as dance. Using Eric Franklin’s renowned system of imagery to power and drive movement and his exercises and movement sequences that can be used generally to warm the body up for the day, build strength or release tension, using the Franklin Method ® balls and bands!

Drop in weekly class. Please note you cannot enter to take class at Danceworks without registering at reception. There are no exceptions. Please ensure you leave sufficient time to arrive for the start of class or you may not be admitted. Danceworks provide updates regarding class cancellations or changes.
